The Journal of Communications, Information, Electronic and Energy Systems (The Journal of CIEES), Bulgaria, began publishing in the year 2021 with the expectation of providing adequate space to present the latest scientific knowledge and trends in the areas of telecommunications, electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies and energy.

The Journal of CIEES appearing in print (ISSN: 2738-7283), and online (ISSN: 2738-7291) with DOI: https://doi.org/10.48149/jciees. The Journal of CIEES is published in English and it is open access, peer-reviewed international scientific journal publishing papers submitted by authors themselves for publishing and invited by the Editorial Board.

The Journal of CIEES covers all the essential branches of theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress, and experiences on all theoretical and practical issues arising in telecommunications, electronics, signal processing and applications, information technologies, energy systems and etc.

The Journal of CIEES is issued in electronic form (for free) as an annual volume. The Journal accepts 4 types of articles defined as follows:

• Research Articles: A research article is a regular article that aims to present new findings.
• Review Articles:A review article is an article that aims to present comprehensively already existing findings.
• Monographs: A monograph is a thesis of one or more authors on a unique subject; apart from the standard reviewing procedures, a monograph must be accepted by a committee of specialists appointed by the Editor.
• Selected Conference articles: Upon an agreement with a conference committee, selected papers may be published by the Journal in a special section. In this case, the editor will appoint in collaboration with the conference committee guest editors.

The authors are requested to submit only those papers that have not been submitted, accepted, published, or copyrighted elsewhere. The submitted papers should contain original scientific, expert, or applied results of the authors themselves. The results included should in no way violate the rights of other authors or organizations.
