Abstract

In the modern living conditions and in spite of the wide variety of existing pharmaceutical preparations, the search for new sources of biologically active compounds for the production of more effective and safer drugs remains relevant. The creation and management of alternative approaches to assess the safety of chemical compounds with potential activity, and combining information with experimental data and computational toxicological results are becoming more common and preferred models, carried out without the use of animals.
